NON-ITALIAN ATHLETES
Non-Italian athletes must fill in the form downloadable here >>, have it signed and stamped by a doctor and upload it to their Active platform personal profile >> by 15 May 2024.
This certificate must be valid on 30/06/2024.
Failure to do so by this date will lead to the annulment of registration without refund.
ITALIAN ATHLETES RESIDENT ABROAD
Italian athletes resident abroad who are unable to come to Italy to obtain a medical certificate for competitive sports must upload a copy of the medical certificate which can be requested with the contact form link >>, documenting that the athlete has undergone the same medical examinations provided for by Italian legislation, to their Active platform personal profile >> by 15 May 2024.
This certificate must be valid on 30/06/2024.
Failure to upload the certificate by this date will lead to the annulment of registration without refund.
