Rules of registration and pre-registration
LAVAREDO 10K
Registrations will be open to runners from December 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (CET time) on a first-come, first-served basis, until the 700 available bibs are sold out.
To register for the Lavaredo 10K, you must be over 18 and have a MY UTMB ACCOUNT (it is not mandatory to have an UTMB Index).
Pre-registration to other races is closed
Entries and pre-registrations can be made directly on the website https://lavaredo.utmb.world from the 8th to the 17th November 2024. Entries can be made directly on the website via secure payment by credit card.
Lavaredo 120K, Lavaredo 80K, Lavaredo 50K, Lavaredo 20K
Pre-registration will be open to competitors from 8th November 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (CET time) until 17th November 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (CET time). No entries will be accepted outside these pre-registration dates.
To participate, you must ensure that you meet all pre-registration conditions:
- be 18 years of age or older on the date of the event.
- a valid UTMB Index in the relevant race category to pre-register.
One may cancel their pre-registration until the end of the pre-registration period: 17th November 2024.
Athletes can only pre-register for one race.
The results of the draw will be available from November 22, 2024 on your UTMB account >>.
If you have the status “Waiting list” it means that you have not been drawn, and you must wait until December 2 for a possible second draw.
If instead you have the green status, “Positive draw”, you are among the lucky ones and can register immediately.
Runners selected in the draw will have until November 30, 2024, at 23:59 CET to confirm their participation by completing the registration through the link available in their MY UTMB Account >>.
SECOND DRAW
If the selected athletes do not confirm their registration by November 30th, all athletes not drawn will participate in a second draw to be held on December 2nd.
The result of the draw will be available from December 2nd on your UTMB account >>.
Runners selected in the draw will have until December 8, 2024, at 23:59 CET to confirm their participation by completing the registration through the link available in their MY UTMB Account >>.
For safety reasons, runners must prove their experience before registering for the following races:
- Lavaredo 120K: UTMB index valid in categories 100K or 100M
- Lavaredo 80K: UTMB index valid in categories 50K, 100K or 100M
- Lavaredo 50K: UTMB index valid in categories 20K, 50K, 100K or 100M

Only athletes who have turned 18 on the date of the event can participate.

The medical certificate for competitive sports activity is mandatory for all race distances, as required by Italian law.
NON-ITALIAN ATHLETES
Non-Italian athletes must provide a medical certificate in accordance with the Italian law (DM 18/02/1982) or the form downloadable here >>.
The medical certificate has to be upload to the dashboard from 10th January 2025 to 15th May 2025.
This certificate must be valid on 29 June 2025.
Failure to do so by this date will lead to the annulment of registration without refund.
ITALIAN ATHLETES
Italian athletes must upload a copy of the competitive medical certificate valid on 06/29/2025 to the dashboard from 10th January 2025 to 15th May 2025.
Registered athletes are invited to upload only certificates valid on 06/29/2025.
The medical certificates accepted are those that report the suitability for competitive practice of the sport: Athletics.
In case of failure to upload the certificate by the indicated date, the registration will be permanently cancelled and no refund will be due to the competitor.
ITALIAN ATHLETES RESIDENT ABROAD
Italian athletes resident abroad must present a medical certificate for competitive practice of the sport "Athletics", pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree 18/02/1982 and upload it to the dashboard from 10th January 2025 to 15th May 2025.
This certificate must be valid on 29 June 2025.
Failure to do so by this date will lead to the annulment of registration without refund.

Registration fees include VAT (22%) and NJUKO platform registration fee (9%).
Administrative fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Elite runners can obtain a free access or direct access to the UTMB World Series Events and UTMB World Series Majors In order to give fair recognition to high level athletes and to ensure a fair management of entry applications, we grant acess to elites runners based on their UTMB Index in the category of the race they chose to compete.
- Elite runners must register during the registration period, no registration will be accepted after the deadline.
- Once a distance is sold out, the event organiser has the right to refuse an elite registration.
- All free of charge elites must register to a race at least 60 days before the race.
Athletes who have not been drawn twice in a row, for the 2023 and 2024 editions, have guaranteed registration for the 2025 edition, if they meet the required requirements.
On November 1st they will receive an email with the link to register from November 1st to 7th.
It is possible to pre-register as a group (from 2 to 5 members, even on different distances).
The goal of a group registration is for all members of the group to have the same result in the draw, which can be positive or negative.
The probability of being drawn for individuals or groups is identical.

Registration is personal and irrevocable.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another person or postponed to the following year for any reason.
Refund policy below applies for distances falling under 100M, 100K, 50K category (Lavaredo 120K, Lavaredo 80K, Lavaredo 50K).
Runners who wish to cancel their registration will be partially refunded as follow:

Partial refund is only available for distances falling under 50K, 100K and 100M category.
No partial refund for Lavaredo 20K and Lavaredo 10K.
Process for withdrawals
To request your cancellation, enter into your Participant Dashboard and click on "Cancel My Registration".
Our team will process your request and process the partial refund if it applies, according to the withdrawal conditions.
