Parking in Cortina
In preparation for the upcoming Winter Olympic Games next February 2026, the town of Cortina d'Ampezzo is undergoing extensive roadworks and construction. Traffic circulation is very challenging, and the number of parking spaces is insufficient to meet the demands of a major event such as the Lavaredo Ultra Trail.
To avoid traffic congestion, the Municipal Administration, in collaboration with the Event Organizers, has arranged a convenient free parking area in Loc. Acquabona, just 4 km from the town center.
A free shuttle bus will run approximately every 30 minutes from the parking area to the center of Cortina and back.
We therefore kindly ask all athletes and accompanying persons who do not have parking available at their hotel or apartment to park their vehicles in Loc. Acquabona and use the shuttle service. Everyone's cooperation is essential to ensure the smooth running of the event.
80K Shuttle
The Organizers provide a pre-race bus service to reach Val Marzon/Auronzo di Cadore, the starting point of the race, for athletes registered in the Lavaredo 80K who have booked the service.
Buses will depart on Saturday, June 28:
- At 5:40 am from the Acquabona parking (for those arriving in Cortina that same morning)
- At 5:45 am from the Cortina Bus Station, Via Marconi 5, Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Those staying overnight in Auronzo di Cadore can book a post-race shuttle which leaves Cortina (Olympic Ice Stadium) approximately every 90 minutes, starting at 6 pm on Saturday until 5 am on Sunday 29 June.
Booking must be done BY MAY 31st through your personal dashboard.
After this date you will have to make your own arrangements.
